Our world is dedicated to dogs and we feel so privileged to be able to work with them every single day.

In our grooming salon you will find Simone and Ailish, who both work on a one-to-one basis with your dogs. Wednesdays are dedicated to Anxious dogs only, where Simone will work through any behaviour issues related to grooming or any general fear of any part the grooming process. Simone is a Dog Reiki Practitioner and will use this method to further assist your dog.

Although both Simone and Ailish work on a one-to-one basis there are days when they work alone in the salon, which in turn makes it even quieter than days when they both work. Simone works alone in the salon on Wednesdays and Saturdays and Ailish on Friday and Sundays. If you would like your dog to be groomed on a super quiet day, please state this at the time of booking.

To ensure continuity and bonding, your dog/s will always be groomed by the same groomer, unless agreed by all parties in the instance of staff holidays sickness etc.

Ailish has approximately a 6 week wait for appointments and Simone approximately 3 months. We strongly advise block booking for all regular clients (book in a chunk of appointments in advance) or please call to make a booking before your dogs get into a desperate state. Bookings for Nail clips, face trims, teeth cleans can usually be booked in during the week that you call or sometimes on the same day!

We are a very small business, so would ask that we could have at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. New grooming clients are requited to pay a deposit at the time of booking their first appointment. the remaining balance will be due at the appointment. Once fully registered, no more deposits will be necessary, but if you then miss 2 appointments with us without giving us the required notice, then we unfortunately will have to remove you from our books. Please help us to keep this small business going by notifying us for all cancellations. :)
